How can I convince my boss to purchase a seat for me?

We love this question! We know that more than 80% of employers and executives cite lack of collaboration or ineffective communication for workplace failures which often leads to lack of focus and drop in morale. And when you think about this in terms of dollars (or euros), small to large companies lose anywhere from $420K to over $60M annually because of inadequate communication to and between employees.

Attending the TMAY Experience will improve your interpersonal communication skills at work and equip you to:

  • Confidently and effectively navigate high stakes, day-to-day, and challenging introductory moments

  • Authentically articulate who you are and what your role is on your team

  • Tell clear stories about what your team does and how you make impact

  • Be an evangelist for the amazing work your company is up to

The experience is designed to be actionable so you’ll learn how to immediately apply what you learn. This means you can bring all the insights and best practices back to the office to share with your team (everybody wins!). And, if your boss doesn’t see improvement in the way you communicate at work by the end of your 30-day assessment, we’ll give the company a 100% refund.

(Yes, we’re serious.)
